Michelle and Kath worked together to develop an action learning process for their students on placement. SBMS students are being encouraged to provide peer support for their complex learning on placement. The project produced a short demonstration video of action learning processes, held a student day for professional careers and enterprise awareness and an online placement support site is up and running for current placement students. The project has presented its outcomes via a pilot project using PebblePad.
